How we’ll focus our time: We’ll start with articulating your current state. As your coach, I’ll work with you to clarify what it is about your current situation that you’d like to be different. With guidance, you’ll define what you’re looking for in terms of fit, values alignment, and employee experience. I’ll do my part to bring your awareness to any blind spots that might be getting in the way.  

From an HR perspective, I'd be able to assist with planning a transition strategy, ensuring your resume and social profile is up to date and impactful, assist you with interview preparation, and if required, negotiating the terms of an employment agreement and planning a graceful exit from your current role.
